I got a double room when i booked a single room. It was a fabulous surprise. the staff were always great with my special requests. the hotel is well located for my needs. Access was very easy with clear instructions.

the shower head needs replacing, because you can only have cold or boiling water.

the breakfast was definitely worth the money i paid. the fabulous restaurant offered a range of options for dinner. the coffee lounge served excellent coffee and pastries throughout the day.

The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for me. Their understanding was appreciated. check-in was swift. all of the staff were very polite and eager to assist with any requests i had.

I found the staff friendly, cute, and thorough upon arrival. the staff were also friendly the next morning before i left the hotel. The price is excellent.

the shower head needs replacement. the mixer also needs attention, offering only cold or very hot temperatures. i like a hot shower, but it was not possible in this shower.

The room was a great size for its price. it had a private bathroom, wifi, and an easy to use tv. i also liked the keycard access on the doors. It.

the shower head needs a replacement. the mixer needs looking at because it only offers cold or luke warm temperature at best or boiling.
